Any form of entity can obtain Non-STPI registration. However, such an entity should have some form of software that can be exported outside India. The entity must also fulfill the following criteria:
- It should have a minimum net worth of INR 50 lakh.
- It should have a minimum turnover of INR 1 crore in the previous financial year.
- It should have a positive net profit in the previous financial year.
- It should have a minimum of two employees.
