Clear, Employee Friendly ESOP policy
We have an ESOP Pool of ~20% (industry average is 10-15%). We have a vesting period of 4 years with a 25% cliff after year-1 & quarterly vesting thereafter. The ESOPs have a validity for 10 years or until the occurrence of a liquidity event.
