At the helm of Bain Falcon and Bain Innovation Ecosystem (BIE), I've forged strategic partnerships within India's startup ecosystem. Currently, I hold the position of leading Bain's Private Equity Practice in India, spearheading commercial diligence efforts and post-acquisition initiatives for nearly 200 transactions spanning India and the wider Asian region. As the principal author of the annual Bain India private equity report since 2010, I remain deeply engaged in India's philanthropic landscape, serving on the board of Dasra, the nation's foremost philanthropic impact organization, as well as Magic Bus.
